The
project currently has 2:
- an ancient Mercedes-Benz 508D
autocamper/motor caravan/RV, probably due for a well-deserved
retirement soon...
Could start a new life as a static guest
cabin.
- a fairly new Lada Niva 4-wheel-drive, petrol+LPG,
short wheelbase, goes just about anywhere.
In the longer
term we hope to get away, to the extent possible, from motor cars,
and use donkey or horse plus cart for local transport, for these
animals can reproduce themselves, they are generally self-repairing, they find their own free bio
diesel, they need no annual road worthiness certificates or road tax
stickers or insurance - all in stark contrast to motor vehicles.
